Underwater light makes fishing so much fun at night! Capture Spectacular Sunsets from the open deck. The Lighthouse is a short walk from the beach and boasts an amazing view! Drop a line right off the huge deck to get that catch of the day. The center of the house is a large living room with plenty of space for the whole family! A dining table for 6 and a galley kitchen with additional sitting. The hallway full bathroom has modern finishings with a glass curbless shower and a floating vanity. The master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite full bathroom. The front guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The back guest bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, suitable for kiddos to share. The house sleeps 11 comfortably and is suitable to share between extended families and friends. Full sized washer and dryer inside the hallway bathroom for guests’ use. A lot of room on the ground floor with water front deck and covered patio for entertaining. Enjoy beautiful view and breeze all day! At night, underwater light makes fihsing so much fun and easy! A Weber charcoal grill is there for the catch of the day. Guests have free access to the community's pool and private marina with a boat launch. Pool opens seasonally (May - Sep) between 10am and 7:30pm and closes on Tuesday. These facilities are managed by the HOA, not by the property, thus we cannot guarantee their availability or conditions during your stay. Note guests do not have access to the garage, cargo lift, or boat lift. These are exclusively used by the owners and are not included in the rental. The property is located on the waterfront. There are dropoffs by the water that is not childproof. Please read all rules prior to booking. Our nightly price depends on the number of guests, children included. Additional guest fee applies for guest #7 and above till the maximum occupancy. Please indicate your exact number of guests at booking and the quote will reflect that.
