● Beach access: Less than a 4 minute drive from multiple west-end beaches.

● Private pool: This home features a fully fenced above-ground pool that is 4ft deep surrounded by a spacious deck for lounging.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for 6 cars in the driveway.

As you enter the main level, you`ll be greeted by a spacious living room with high ceilings, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere. This open-concept space seamlessly flows into the dining and kitchen areas, perfect for family gatherings and shared meals.

On this floor, you`ll find five comfortable bedrooms to accommodate your entire group. One bedroom, conveniently located off the kitchen, features a king-size bed. Another room offers a fun and functional solution for families with two sets of full-over-full bunk beds. The remaining three bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping arrangements, featuring two queen-size beds each and one with a king-size bed and patio access.

Head downstairs to the expansive ground level, a true haven for entertainment. This phenomenal space boasts a game room equipped with two triple full-size bunk beds, offering a total of six additional beds – perfect for larger groups or sleepovers!

Step outside and soak up the Texas sunshine on the spacious deck. And to top it all off, take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool – the perfect way to unwind after a day exploring Galveston`s many wonders.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8+ would need to be approved. We love hosting church groups, family reunions, etc., but do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
