The Starboard at M is a newly renovated, pet-friendly 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath home in Galveston's Historic Lost Bayou District — the upper-right unit of a beautifully kept triplex at 1705 Avenue M, less than 10 blocks from the beach in multiple directions. Sleeps 6.
THE SPACE — LIVING AREA & KITCHEN A comfortable living area welcomes you with a leather sofa, generous natural light, and a smart TV — the perfect place to gather after a beach day. The adjacent dining area and full kitchen come stocked with stainless steel appliances (full refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove) plus a Keurig and starter k-cups.
THE SPACE — BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS The primary bedroom features a queen poster bed with a backyard view, a ceiling fan, and a reading chair. The second bedroom offers two queen beds and a roomy closet. A full bath with a renovated stand-up shower and a separate half bath give everyone space to get ready. Linens and towels are provided, and an in-unit washer and dryer keep your suitcase light.

Overall a good stay!

This house was perfect for us it was very clean and comfortable and spacious close to stores and restaurants and only few blocks from the beech I’m definitely planning on returning on my next vacation if available we enjoyed our stay and most important our vacation definitely recommend this place .

Great place loved it!
House was lovely. Distance walk from the beach and other stores, restaurants. Had fun.
This was our second year staying at this house and it’s always a great time. It’s a perfect location, has everything we need and the owners are great to work with. We will definitely book again.
We had an amazing time enjoying Galveston. We had a small issue but the owner was very responsive and took care of it right away. Would recommend the get location!
Close to port to stay for family if your taking a cruise
Reminder in description it’s a shared space for the backyard space with other tenants if you plan on relaxing in yard with privacy. No other concerns, home was clean, quite neighborhood. Thanks

Amazing customer service, Charming 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath house with a backyard. Pet friendly with a pet deposit. Nicely furnished and roomy. Kid friendly.
Great location we loved looking at the historic low-country style homes - easy few blocks walk to the beach. Clean. Well equipped. Def stay there again.
Beach was clean and seaweed free.

Fantastic stay!
We had the upper left flat of the house for a family of four. Two adults and two kids. Flat would even be good for six adults. Kitchen is well equipped and living room spacious with superb TV.
The location is absolutely great for some days at the beach. It‘s Just a few blocks down the road. We had our morning coffee on the balcony and food at Sonnys Just around the corner. Definetely recomment this place for a stay in Galveston.

Great Experience!
The property was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and organized.
Our only complaint is that the unit only had one tv and this was only an issue due to traveling with kids. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant experience.

Review for top right fur avenue m
First off I would like to say the location was key for us because of our itinerary. It was clean and spacious and loved the floor plan. The fact that it’s historical made it that much more fun I told the kids that it was haunted and if they kept running around it would weaken the spirits. It was a full proof plan and it worked. I’d highly recommend Gareth with any of his properties and I will be a returning customer. Thank you

Good location in historic area!
We rented Top Right Ave M over a long weekend in October. The location was great - we could walk to coffee/breakfast in the morning, took walks in the evenings through the historic neighborhood, and we took quick drives to the beach. The house was clean, and we loved having a yard for the dog. It was very “no frills” - not much in the way of decor or “homeyness” and the bedding in the master wasn’t great. Almost like they used twin blankets and coverlet for a queen bed, so my husband and I were playing tug of war all night. But all in all, a good value for area.
