This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. As you enter you are greeted by a private entryway and hallway featuring arcade games and comfy seating. The hallway leads you into the heart of the loft, where a light-filled living area with a flat screen TV provides a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration. The adjoining galley kitchen is well-equipped for whipping up meals. Three comfortable bedrooms offer restful nights for your group. All three bedrooms feature a king-sized bed, ideal for couples, while the upstairs loft (4th bedrooms) boasts two twin beds, making this the perfect location for families or friends traveling together. A full bathroom completes the convenient layout. To top it all off, a back patio for cozy evenings under the stars. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. There is a step up to the bathroom so it might not be well suited for all. Coffee was provided. We were there only 12 hours but it was perfect for our needs. ##### Melinda H. The place had enough space for us all and when we walked in we were beyond pleased with the process and communication. However the next morning we found our backpack and our suitcase both with holes chewed through them from a MOUSE . I despise mice but more disappointed that our personal property was damaged at no fault to us (205 in damage to purchase a new suitcase and a backpack for my son). There was no reimbursement rather a sorry for the inconvenience. We had 3 significant concerns with our stay here. 1\. The neighborhood felt extremely unsafe and there we homeless people walking the area regularly.2\. The noise of the people in the upstairs unit was unbearable. Constant stomping coming from above and at one point after we went to bed there was a noise so loud from their stairwell that we thought someone was breaking into our unit. We did not feel safe leaving our teenagers in the front room closest to the street at this point. I would strongly advise that the units not be rented at the same time, or the renters downstairs will have a very loud experience.3\. It rained overnight and we woke up to flooding in the living area. Unfortunately this was coming in under the back door and is also the area where all guests have to walk to get to the only bathroom. We ended up using all of our bath towels to sop up water and did not have enough clean towels for showering. We luckily had beach towels in tow for our pending vacation that we were able to use. We contacted through VRBO to let someone know and while we did receive an apology, I would’ve expected that someone might offer to make sure we had towels or come to provide a solution. ##### Natalie B.
