The elevator made it better because three of us have a hard time climbing up and down stairs. The house was clean and everything worked. It was just like the pictures. This is one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed in Galveston. Property was very clean and pet-friendly and plenty of fresh towels were provided. It was nice to be able to close bedroom doors and leave our pet roaming the house on tile floors while we were out. All appliances worked well and the elevator was a big help for our parents who stayed with us. The house was very spacious and the pool table was a big hit! Great communications with the property manager. Amazing views as this property is right on the beach and the two balconies provide excellent views and the beach area outside the house was not crowded at all. The perks are - beach front (first house closest to the beach), private beach, great and big accommodation, elevator, pool table, pets allowed, etc.! Our only issue was that my elderly father got stuck on the elevator for about 15 minutes (the sliding mechanism would not stop sliding back and forth and therefore would not open) - hope this is fixed!
