Pet limit is 1 dog under 40lbs with a $125 non-refundable deposit. "Fore Sail" offers the perfect location, Front Row Ocean Front and next to the Beach Club. Breathtaking views from the shaded, private balcony. This 3 bedroom/2 bath condo has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in shower and more! This condo offers a king bed in the master bedroom, 2nd bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (one is a twin over full and the other is a twin over twin) and 3rd bedroom features a queen bed. This condo is ideal for couples or two small families vacationing together. Sleeps 9 comfortably. 2 High Def LED TV's, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, Fully equipped kitchen, Everything you need for a great vacation! A storage locker is provided with this unit. Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds. RESORT AMENITIES & FEE: Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs and a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase. Resort sponsored activities are offered seasonally for family fun. The Pointe Restaurant is now open seasonally for lunch and dinner. The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. \*Please note their fees are non-refundable, we suggest waiting to closer to arrival for purchase. However, this time we rented Fore Sail and all I can say is location, location, location!!! It was amazing. Parking spot is 50 ft from eleavator, elevator is 25 ft from room door. Made loading and unloading a breeze. Condo is right next to beach club. You are steps away. The condo is clean and well stocked. Located in between 2 individual beach access walk ways!! What a wonderful family vacation we had here. The location was so incredible, just minutes walk to the beach and right next to the pool/bar area. It was so well maintained and clean. We loved the access to the beach. We wish there were better window coverings when sleeping at night since we were right by the main pool. The master bedroom was brighter than we are use to. Our condo was so nice, clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Wonderful views! The pool at the beach resort was amazing. Very clean. Lots of chairs and areas to gather. Property is well maintained for beach front exposures. Sunrise is spectacular. Condo is showing signs of wear and tear and could use some "freshening up." For some reason the A/C is not taking the bulk of the moisture out of the air. A dehumidifier was available and used, but it had to be emptied at least three times a day. This was not needed the first time we stayed at the property in 2022\. Both our stays were in late September/early October. Would we stay at the condo again? Yes. Just needs "freshening up." ##### Joel T. However, it was not clean. Our feet were black after walking on it barefoot only a couple hours. There were stains on the bedsheets and towels and the place smelled musty and grimey. Swifter, Clorox wipes, Lysol and febreeze made all the difference. The dryer broke and within an hour they had responded, got someone to come out the next day and a new one by 24 hrs.
