All the bathrooms in Sandy Palms are conveniently located and boast a spa-like feel, ensuring a touch of luxury during your stay. After a day of building sandcastles or soaking up the sun, rinse off the beach sand in the refreshing outdoor shower located downstairs. Ample parking space ensures a hassle-free arrival, and the peaceful cul-de-sac location offers a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle. \- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.  
\- One-night stays must be approved.  
\- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.  
\- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.  
\- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.  
\- Pets are not allowed.  
\- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.  
\- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.  
\- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.  
\- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
