Light floods in from the floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors to illuminate stylish tile floors, cooled further by central air conditioning. Sink into the leather sofa while you surf cable channels on the flatscreen TV, or pick out a DVD from the provided library to make it a movie night. You can head down to the sixth floor and claim one of the shared gas grills to put a quick sear on some meat or fresh produce. Get a quick workout in at the shared fitness center, then do a few laps in the shared infinity skyline pool. Grab a drink at the swim-up bar, then revel in a soaking session in the bubbling hot tub. Leave your stress behind as you unwind in the shared sauna, then dry off and challenge a friend to a game of foosball or billiards in the shared game room. It was very inviting and warm. The view from the balcony is much better in person, than the pictures. I kinda liked having a view of the city on one side and the beach on the other. My only complaint was the sliding door to the balcony. It was hard to open. Other than that, the pool was was simply amazing. Everything is close by. Parking was easy and the pool was very nice. The reasons I did not care for it were that 75% of the view is horrible, railing was zip tied together, the rules were a bit uptight, and no windows were designed to be opened. Also, between the large scale ,miss matched furniture and the 1000 random things hung on every space of wall….it felt claustrophobic and haphazardly put together. Several restaurants, fast food nearby, and Walgreens next door. Beach is directly across the street. Amenities were great. The heated pool, giant hot tub, outdoor grills, and the game room was all fun. This room has a wrap around deck with a combo view of the gulf to the east and south and of the city to the north and west. The condo was spacious, with plenty of bed rooms and bathrooms. Black out shades on the windows would be preferred but understand they aren’t always an option. Wrist bands were required when in the commons area and pool. If they didn’t recognize you and couldn’t see your wristband the front desk attendant would ask about it. No big deal. Nick and Patty were very nice and great help with getting checked in and helping get the grill going for us on a windy and rainy night. Although we may choose a house next time, this will definitely be our spot if we want to rent a condo, we would stay here again! ##### Thomas G. There was enough space for our family of four. The room with the day bed felt a little bit cramp. The place was overall clean despite some missed spots (kitchen counters not wiped down and dirty dishes in the dishwasher). Enjoyed the view from the balcony, close proximity to the stores, restaurants & beach. The pool and hot tub was enjoyable with a majestic view of the sunset. The downfall is the “bracelet” that’s required to be worn since we’re vacation renters, so the permanent residents knew who we were. Even though we have access to the amenities on the 6th floor, we were restricted to use the gym. It was only available to us on the weekends (seems a bit odd). VACASA staff was very communicative during the rain storm; brought in patio furniture due to the winds and provided extra items that we needed (big thanks to William). The view was fabulous and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Condo was well appointed with appliances, beach chairs and towels, even a high chair and portable crib if you have a little one. The amenities floor and pool was also great. My teenage kids had a great time playing pool and watching movies when we were not at the beach. Location is great, walking distance to the beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas for rent. Close to the Strand for a nice dinner out as well. The unit itself was nice and clean, a lot of furniture so it felt a little cramped but worked just fine for us. It was so cute with the many framed arts and well stocked kitchen ware. The weekend would not have been easy if we didn’t have personal contact while we stayed there. Thanks to Jake! Vacasa made it so easy when we needed help or something happened on the property. The desk had great hospitality too! Gave 5 stars so easy to get food or find food nearby or even cook in! The building is nice, but not renter friendly. We had limited access to amenities, and were required to wear paper wristbands at all times. The wrap around porch overlooks the beach on one side and industrial on the other side. Bring your own toiletries (the ones you’re given are small), coffee pods, and laundry detergent.
