The only disappointment I had is when I turned the keys in for the 2 condos I rented the front desk lady was a bit rude. She said I needed to go down and scan all 4 keys to see which key went to which condo. I felt that wasn't my responsibility. She then replied "I'll just do it." Her name was Iroinee.
