But the surprises don\`t stop there. Step outside and discover a charming converted shed, a unique space that cleverly combines relaxation and recreation. This multi-functional room features a cozy sleeping area with a full-over-full bunk bed and a full-sized futon, along with a dedicated game area for friendly competition. Barefoot Bungalow truly embodies the laid-back island lifestyle. Two inviting porches beckon you to unwind – soak up the sun on the front porch or enjoy the tranquil view of the pond from the back deck. The expansive yard offers plenty of space for outdoor games and late night conversations by the firepit. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. House Rules: \- Guests must be 24+ to book the property. \- One-night stays must be approved. \- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. \- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. \- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. \- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. \- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. \- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. \- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. \- The homeowner\`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests.
