The large dining table ensures everyone can gather comfortably for shared meals and laughter. Two well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring a queen-sized bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, are conveniently located on this floor. Ascend to the third floor to find a room with two full-sized sleeper sofas, ideal for additional guests. Another bedroom on this floor boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and a twin bunk bed, offering a tranquil space to unwind. Step out onto the third-floor balcony and take in the views, or relax and soak up the sun on the spacious second-floor deck. After a day of fun at the beach, take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool in the backyard – the perfect way to end a perfect beach day! ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. \- The homeowner\`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard. \- This community only allows BLACK TRASH BAGS. We provide trash bags under the kitchen sink. The house did not appear to be cleaned well as there was trash in the closets, cigarette butts in the backyard, and chlorine tablets in the grass. It was so bad we slept on our own air mattresses in the living room. I contacted the property management company about my concerns and asked for a refund at least in the amount of the cleaning fee as it was clearly not done well enough.
