Max of 2 pets allowed (non refundable pet fee $100/each) Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing. Amenities pass is $100 to utilize the communal pool Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
