Only 20 yards, a quick walk, from the sand, this unique 4 bedroom dome in Jamaica Beach is perfect for families, friends, and beach lovers. Relax on the expansive deck after a day of building sandcastles or unwind in the spacious yard while listening to the sounds of the beach. Home Sweet Dome offers the perfect blend of relaxation and beach adventure. ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1\. ● Location: Jamaica Beach community of Galveston, Texas ● Beach access: The home is just 20 yards from the Jamaica Beach community beach access point! You’re a quick walk away, cars and golf carts are also allowed to park on the beach. ● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day - $5 per person) and city park. ● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! There\`s also a full bathroom and a laundry room on this floor for added convenience. Outside, the expansive wrap-around deck beckons for relaxation. Unwind in the sunshine, gather for meals under the stars, and enjoy the breathtaking view of the ocean waves just steps away. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. House Rules: \- Guests must be 24+ to book the property. \- One-night stays must be approved. \- Groups larger than 9 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. \- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. \- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. \- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. \- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. \- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. \- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. \- This community only allows BLACK TRASH BAGS. We provide trash bags under the kitchen sink.
