Upstairs, two bedrooms provide flexibility: one with a king bed and another with two queen beds and a twin bunk bed. Just a 5-minute drive away awaits the fun of the Galveston Seawall and beach. Explore the shops and restaurants of The Strand District, also a quick 5-minute drive. This central location puts you close to everything Galveston has to offer, making it ideal for your next escape. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. House Rules: \- Guests must be 24+ to book the property. \- One-night stays must be approved. \- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. \- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. \- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. \- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. \- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. \- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. \- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees.
