There is lots to do around but need to drive or rent golf cart. A greeting book said there was snacks, tea, and coffee but none of that was provided. There is a keurig but no coffee for it. We stayed in Unit A be prepared for the stairs. Someone was staying below us and they were so loud all throughout the night and early morning. It is within a short walking distance to the beach, which was awesome. The only negative is that the property could have been cleaned a little better. We loved staying here for our little thanksgiving getaway! We’ll definitely be back next summer. This was such a cute place to stay and extremely convenient to the sea wall, boardwalk, ocean etc.. as you only had to walk one block and you’re there! Loved that they had a big driveway as I felt more safe with the vehicle being parked there instead of the street. The heater/ AC worked, was just a little worried that walking around the unit the people below us could hear so we tried our best not to be loud.
