It is located on a canal in the pleasant Jamaica Beach subdivision. 3 Bedroom/2 Bath. 1 King, 1 Queen, One set of pyramid bunk and queen sofa sleeper. .

Outdoor Oasis: Fish right from the deck! Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking & boating in the canal. Blue Pearl offers two levels of outdoor bliss. On the lower level, you'll find an outdoor entertaining area with a bar, charcoal bbq grill, picnic table, outdoor lounge furniture, and an outdoor shower. The upper-level of the property boasts a partially covered deck where guests can enjoy breathtaking sunsets while dining at the outdoor dining table. Inside, there's a well-equipped kitchen featuring essential appliances such as a drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, fridge, gas stove, cookware, and utensils, making meal preparation convenient and enjoyable.

Family outing

Property was nice and perfect for our need, but was surprised we had no bath soap, toilet tissue or kitchen hand soap. Had to do some scrambling looking in luggage for old hotel bars . Everyone was hot and ready for showers. I’ve never experienced NOT having these basics at a VRBO and especially one of this quality. Also would have been nice to have garbage bags for the trash. The biggest thing we had was a tall kitchen bag. The outside garbage can was already half full but stacked ours on top best we could. The property was nice with all the outdoor decks but not having these simple creature comforts (also no paper towels) was a bummer . You just expect them for what you pay! And, the owner should invest in an upgrade in towels. The washcloths were so thin they must have been 5 for $5 at Walmart. The towels were slightly better.

The blue pearl....

The blue pearl beach house was beautiful. The house was only 5 minutes away from the beach. We all loved sitting on the porch looking to the canel with the wind blowing on us, you won't even notice it was the hottest day in May. I must say those stair are rough going up and down...lol. We will rent this place again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After some confusion at rental company, we were booked at the Blue Pearl. We were originally supposed to be at another home but that fell through. Blue Pearl was very nice and clean. It was comfortable and had a nice location in Jamaica Beach. The AC worked great. Kitchen was well stocked and one thing thay was GREAT was the gas stove. Beds were ok, not totally comfortable. There was a nice outside bar downstairs and plenty of room to park vehicles. Outside area was nice up amd downstairs. There was some disrepair with outside chairs and the house had minimal or no window treatments that allowed the sunlight in in every room. The master had very thin drapes that allowed the morning sun to glare in at 6.30 am. For fishing, there was a boat slip which we used, however it was very difficult to maneuver because of a tight angle to get a 18 foot boat in. A 20 foot boat will be very tough to angle in there. There is no fish cleaning station nor rod holders nor outside fishing lights. Over all it was a nice stay.
