It was close to the sea wall, but far enough it was nice and quiet outside, while also only being 5-8 minutes from things like Murdochs and The Strand. Not super close to the beach, but not far away. Fairly easy access to everything on the east side of galveston. We had a great time. Has windows units for A/C, but cooled off fairly quick. If it's over 98 degrees outside may take a little longer to cool, but we were comfortable. Had plenty of cooking appliances for us, but we didn't need much. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Thank you to our host for having a welcome book with plenty of info for the area and our stay. ##### David B. The property was clean and had everything we needed. It was a great location to the places we went (beach, Moody Gardens, grocery stores, etc.) and we had a great time. Bonus for families traveling with toddlers, it was very easy to "toddler-proof" compared to many other properties we looked at. We would love to stay again in the future! ##### Katherine P. House had mosquitos in it and there were ants in the bed. The garage where you can park is low rising so we had to park in the front of another house. The spot is connected to another Unit so if you unlock it, you can have another person enter where you are staying or can enter in on them. This gave me an uneasy feeling. There isn’t centralized air, only 2 window units so it does get extremely hot in there and takes a while to cool down. ##### Megan R. We enjoyed our time here. It was quiet and cozy. The homeowner has included every little detail to make your stay enjoyable. I also loved the enclosed parking garage.
