YOUR PRIVATE BEACH The beach at Beachfront Rose feels essentially private. No vehicle access. No public parking for day trippers within reach. Even on the busiest summer weekends, you'll have the sand largely to yourselves. The private walkover ramp is for Beachfront Rose guests onl, just walk down and you're there. Best of all: you can watch your kids on the beach or the lawn from the balcony at all times. Full sightlines, total peace of mind.

THREE LEVELS OF OUTDOOR LIVING
Ground level: one of the largest covered entertaining spaces. Concrete floors for easy beach cleanup, two built-in picnic tables, bar tables, a summer kitchen with sink, gas grill, and cooler. Full bathroom #4 with a hot shower and toilet (huge bonus so your kiddos don't need to track sand upstairs when at the beach). Laundry room also on this level.
Main terrace: a massive deck with a complete handrail perimeter (no open exits - ideal for families with young children). Polywood furniture includes bar-height chairs and a large picnic table. Perfect for dining, working, crafting, or simply watching the Gulf.
Upper private deck: off the top-floor suite, with sweeping panoramic Gulf views that will stop you in your tracks.

* No High School or College or party or 'after dance' (or similar) groups allowed.
*The garage and four interior owner closets are locked for owner storage and NOT available for guest use.
*Local resort fee for City of Galveston and State of Texas are built into the tax rate. The cleaning fee is additional and may be up to $50 depending upon the number of people and number of nights. If our cleaners charge for excessive cleaning upon check out, that additional amount will be taken out of your security deposit. VRBO guest service fees are additional.
*A security deposit is required and will be enforced for any damage, extra cleaning costs, or delayed check out.
* Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, details of which will be provided on reservation.
* Early check ins and or late check out requests may be granted on a per booking basis and may be subject to additional fees at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be granted due to pre established cleaning and maintenance schedules. Guests who occupy any part of the property including the driveway prematurely without preauthorization from the home owner or property manager will be subject to a $100 fine. If you check out later than 11:00AM without prior authorization on check out day, you are subject to $25 fine per 15 minutes. Our turnover between guests is sometimes tight and we have the house deep cleaned between visits and need all the time.
This home also includes a convenient outdoor shower and a private washer/dryer.
Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by VRBO good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Reminder: The City of Galveston's "Leave No Trace" ordinance is actively enforced. No beach equipment (chairs, canopies, etc.) can be left on the beach overnight. Anything found between sunset and 7 a.m. will be removed by beach officials and discarded.

This house was perfect. The views were beautiful and It had direct beach access. It was perfect for my family and I. I was able to celebrate my graduation with my family and friends and no one felt crowded. The downstairs was a perfect open area and we had such a great time. We'll definitely be staying here again!
Beachfront Rose is an excellent place to stay. The property is beautiful, the host and property manager friendly and quick to respond. The beach views from the house take your breath away. We would definitely stay there again.
We have stayed at the property two years in a row. We love the house and location. We really appreciate all of the toys available to the children. It really helps when we dont have room to pack such things. We will be there again next year.
The location is great, I love the private access to the beach, everything seemed to be as it said in the rental agreement. The only issue I had was there are no locks on the bathroom doors, and the washer gave out on us during our stay, we had to find a laundry mat to wash towels. Other then that is was awesome, I love waking up to the beautiful sunrises every morning. I will definitely look at this property for the next time we visit Galveston!!
What a beautiful view of the Gulf from the large deck. There was more than enough room for the 14 guest we had. Having your own walking path to the beach is awesome. One thing that doesn’t get mentioned a lot is the availability of the property management. Travis answered after 11pm the night we showed and was available at anytime though out our stay. He went above and beyond by mailing rings that were left.
Right on the beach. Wonderful views! Kids had a blast. Spacious, well appointed. Lots of kitchen cooking and food prep supplies. Loved the porch. Great for a big family. We had 11. Would come back.
We are a group of 9 senior women from Katy TX and have been traveling together for 22 years. This is our 2nd time to rent this property so that should say it all. The house very clean, spacious and has everything needed to cook. We had a minor problem and a fellow was at the house within 15 minutes and handled it. Being beach front is a wonderful and the outdoor patio furniture is top of the line. We all hope to come back again next fall.
The house is beautiful, the location was perfect, the views were amazing. Sadly to say the wording of the usage of WiFi was very sterile and not transparent. What they communicated was that if the WiFi was working or not working.. we can't bother them with the situation. One of the fees was for $400 for a concierge. The WiFi did not work. I would have liked to have worked intermittently and had access to WiFi and my phone simultaneously… negative. Family wanted to use the WiFi to play their PS5 and Xbox… negative. Good thing I can use my phone as a hotspot. .. I had a hotspot at home that I would have gladly brought if I were told up front. Two thousand dollars for two nights with no WiFi access is unacceptable. Be up front and honest.. bring a hotspot and you are golden. Other than that… it was a beautiful property with amazing views… I would have expected more hospitality or honesty. Bringing my dedicated hot spot from home is doable… driving two hours without transparency was unnecessary and a let down.
My family loves staying at Beachfront Rose. The set up is perfect with 2 living areas and a table large enough for the whole family to sit together. Looking over the beach from the deck is a perfect way to relax. We already reserved it and will be returning next summer!
