The house could use some TLC and there is a huge black mold issue in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. It was growing down the wall and through the wall under the kitchen sink. The lawn was really long and needed to be cut (thankfully they did come cut it while we were staying there but it kind of ruined relaxing to have the lawn mower going at 6pm in the evening while on the deck) The kitchen sink had no hot water either. The bedroom layout was great, but the en-suite downstairs had a busted door and it was locked close for one of the bedrooms. The beds were super comfortable. Remember to bring your own toilet paper because they will give you one roll in each bathroom, as well as trash bags, and paper towels.
