Beachfront condo 1 bedroom

Lovely Beachfront By The Sea Condo with stunning Gulf views. Minutes from all of the Galveston, water activities and the famous Strand.

Parking is in the front of the building. Please check in upon your arrival at the front desk. The unit is 1002 and is located on the 10 floor.

There’s a $35 parking fee, and it covers your entire stay. You can leave your trash outside the front door, they will pick it up in the mornings and in the afternoons.

There’s complementary coffee with cream and sugar in the coffee room on the first floor in the mornings. There are two additional beds located in the closet. One is a queen size inflatable bed, and one XL twin size roller bed. Both of them are very comfortable.

Wonderful ocean view

Lovely apartment with gorgeous ocean view. Right across from the beach. Owner was very responsive to requests. We’d definitely stay there again.

Needs Upkeep and Repairs

Condo needs upkeep and repairs. There was rust in places and damage to walls and cabinets that need to be repaired. Definitely expected a nicer place. Very outdated. But was clean and I appreciated that.

Birthday & New Year’s

The ocean view condo is amazing- the 10th floor view, the friendly lobby staff, plentiful and safe parking, beach access across the street. The unit was very clean and comfortable, access and instructions were very clear. We did have to head to the store for several items I would expect to have been provided- hand soap, bath and hair soaps, dishwasher soap, and coffee for the Keurig. I’ll pack those next time. Wonderful holiday!

Perfect ocean getaway

This condo is a great place for a couple to stay and enjoy the beach. The views are amazing! We enjoyed having a cup of coffee on the balcony while watching the waves. Its not on the beach but it was not difficult to wait for breaks in the traffic to cross the road and be right on the beach. The condo itself was clean and had the basics needed for us to cook breakfast each morning. The bathroom was nice and had plenty of towels and a laundry basket to use to go down to the laundry room. The bed was very comfortable. Not sure if we were just exhausted from the activities we did during the day or it was just a great bed, but we both slept great! I would definitely recommend this for a couple or a small family. There was a pull out bed in one of the closets that could be used for a third person and it looked like there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows if needed.
