This 3-bedroom house is perfect for families and friends seeking relaxation and fun. Relax by the backyard fire pit which is surrounded by ample seating. A fenced portion of the yard offers a safe space for kids and pets to play. Fire up the BBQ pit for outdoor dining and enjoy the Texas sunshine. All of that and also just a quick 2-minute drive to the beach access point, where you can spend your days building sandcastles and soaking up the sun. ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1\. ● Location: Jamaica Beach community of Galveston, Texas ● Beach access: Just a two minute drive from the Jamaica Beach access point. Cars and golf carts are allowed to park on the beach. ● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day - $5 per person) and city park. ● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available!
