Drop your line into the canal from the back patio or bring your boat (may tie off to dock) and fish in Galveston Bay. For those who enjoy a sunny day at the beach, Nassau Bay Nest is only a short drive to the beach.

This charming home is the perfect location for your vacation! From the spacious upper deck or lower patio you can enjoy early morning canal views and gorgeous sunsets in the evening.

SAFETY – there is no fence or gate blocking access to the boat slip or canal. It is the adult guest’s responsibility to ensure supervision of all children and pets.

Weather event cancellations - eligible for refunds when weather or conditions result in a mandatory evacuation order or large-scale outage of essential utilities. Note June through November is considered high storm and hurricane potential season. Travel insurance is recommended - although ensure you are aware of covered conditions.

OCCUPANCY and PARKING - For a comfortable stay and per the home rules, maximum of 10 guests ages 18+. Maximum number of total guests including children is 13. An additional charge of $50 per night is charged for guests (including children) exceeding 10. An additional fee of $100 per guest will be charged if the number of over-night guests exceeds the number on the reservation.

Although the home can accommodate parking for 4-5 vehicles, carpooling is recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, able to provide government issued photo ID, and have completed the verification process on Airbnb.

PETS - fully house-trained adult dogs are allowed to a maximum of two and max 70 lbs each. No cats allowed. The pet fee is $100 per dog per stay.

We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard (doggie bags provided) and are in a kennel if left alone inside the home.

Service Dogs - Texas House Bill 4164 penalties for falsely representing an animal as a service animal is a misdemeanor punishable by up to a $1000 fine and 30 hours of community service.

ADDITIONAL FEES
An additional fee of $100 per pet, plus the standard pet fee, will be charged for undisclosed pets.
An additional fee of $200 will be charged for smoking anywhere inside the house.
Guests have access to the entire house except for the housekeeping closets.

JAMAICA BEACH
Jamaica Beach Texas is one of the most popular beaches and sought after neighborhoods when it comes to vacation rentals – what it lacks in size, it makes up for action during the summer months, holidays and event weekends!

COMMUNITY POOL - the City of Jamaica Beach swimming pool is open to the public (with the purchase of admission). During the operating season, the entry fee for residents and non-residents is $5.00 per person for a daily pass or $60.00 per person for a Season pass. Season pass membership can be purchased at the pool anytime during the operating season. The pool typically opens around the Memorial Day Holiday until the Labor Day Holiday on Tuesday-Sunday from 10AM to 8PM (weather permitting and subject to change). Please note: at the beginning and end of the season, the pool will be open on weekends only while local public schools are in session.

For golf enthusiasts, the recently renovated public 18 hole Moody Gardens Golf Course is less than 8 miles away. Over 500 palm trees are on the property!
