The sights and sounds of the ocean are seen and heard from your TOP-FLOOR condo on the beach, with a view of the ocean and Diamond Beach from the balcony! This Beach Beauty condo at Seascape Resort does not require you to cross a busy street as you are ON THE BEACH and are provided private and direct access!
This condo sleeps 6! Stay fully rested during your stay with a new solid memory foam Queen mattress in the bedroom, brand new spacious bunk beds in the hallway alcove, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included in your stay. Elevator and stairs are right around the corner, as is the washing machine and dryer. This stunning resort has two hot tubs, seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, bench swings, beach observation deck, beachside picnic area and charcoal grill for your enjoyment. We make this condo as comfortable for you, so you feel at home, and it is fully furnished, and linens and towels are provided. The kitchenette has everything you need – stove-top, toaster oven, refrigerator, microwave, plates, cups, glasses, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and more. TV, board games, and books are provided for you to enjoy while visiting. Seascape is one of a handful of complexes located beachside in Galveston. You will not have to cross a busy street to get to the beach. Guests at Beach Beauty also enjoy all the amenities offered by Seascape Resort including a beautifully landscaped courtyard/pool area, seasonally heated pool, 2 hot tubs (one for adults only), gazebo, beach observation deck, beachside BBQ and picnic area, and private parking. Long-term rentals are welcome in the off-season (November to February). If interested, please inquire about long-term rates and availability. We checked in and the condo was clean and ready to go. It was ready a little early. It was a great location-no need to walk across the road to get to the beach. The porch has an ocean view and nice chairs. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a relaxing day and a half on the beach.

The balcony had the best view of the sunrise. Beautiful condo. Well taken care of. Everything we needed to was there. Great view of the beach. Loved that it is past the sea wall. Not crowded. The beach was close no matter where you were in the complex. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay

The property is perfect. We had to park i. The overflow parking several times, but otherwise it was ok. The elevator to our floor needs some work, shuttered many times and even started before the doors closed a few times. The pool was clean anf the attendant was really nice. Our unit was perfect for our family of four.

Bedroom was not like the pictures.

The wires and box hanging down from the tv further limited the less than 2 foot walkway between the footboard and wall in the bedroom. Thankful I only banged my knee twice on the contoured bed frame. The bathroom was nice and the ocean view was beautiful.

Beautiful views

The property is well kept, pool was clean and boardwalk well kept. We had 3 adults and 2 kids. The unit was a nice cozy size, great patio area but a very small kitchen with a bar top counter that seemed to take up so much space. Really only room for 1 person in the kitchen area. Ice maker didn’t work, the door on the toaster over didn’t stay closed on its own and the microwave didn’t work. We reached out to maintenance, but nothing was said or done about it during our stay. We made things work with what we had. Description says beach chairs are included but are actually not. I contacted them and they said it was our responsibility. By the way, Academy has $6 chairs. I later found out on my own the free standing information building had some chairs and sand toys available. Overall, we would come back, we had a great time being so close to the beach.

I would just like to say it was a lovely time in Galveston. The location of the condo is amazing. The space is amazing around the condo. I felt very safe parking. I felt like the gentleman at the security house was one of the best humans I’ve met. The gate to get in and off the beach was easy, I loved all of that. Moving onto the condo itself once again, a great location and plenty of space for my husband and I. However, it smelled funny when we got there like old something probably mostly due to the fact that there was water standing in the sink and the garbage disposal was not working and who knows how long that problem was there for. The condo also needs a deep clean. There’s dust on every cupboard. There is spill marks on the breakfast bar and the bathtub needs to be caulked , I don’t know if it’s mold or what but in the corners of the bathtub it’s pretty gross. I also do not think that anybody cleans the appliances so for instance, there’s a toaster but there’s something dripped on it there’s a toaster oven that is disgusting. I just think it could be better than it was the actual chairs that come up to the breakfast bar are not breakfast bar Heights so my husband who is 64 was fine, but I couldn’t sit there because it would be like my neck was even with the breakfast bar. The sleep number bed is advertised but the sleep number does not work. It does not look like there’s any box or connection anywhere, needs tender loving care.

Great beach condo

We enjoyed our stay. Nice view of the gulf and easy beach access. Condo is cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband. Other reviews were accurate and helpful (except there is now a Mr Coffee pot so don’t need k-cups). The wifi password and checkout instructions were not on the fridge or anywhere we could find but I received a prompt response from the manager to my VRBO message requesting the info. Would definitely stay again.

There is a high rise being built next property over and can hear the construction 7-5 Monday-Saturday. The property is outdated and bed needs to be replaced. The beach location was great.

Great Value! Clean, Partial Ocean view, walkway right to beach! Front desk employees are very nice, very accommodating and quick communication. Minor Notes: No oven, just stove top, but we were fine with that. Bring your own coffee. To check in you have to meet front desk before 5pm, and checkout as well. Rules for your stay are posted on counter top of rental when you arrive. Again it is a great value comparatively and location is great! Thanks!

We love Seascape because of the beach access and the great pool. Unit was as described, well maintained. There will be a minimal amount of beginner items, but if you are staying more than 1 day, be prepared to bring shampoo, body soap, paper towels and toilet paper.
