One item of note is that in the house there are 2 full bathrooms. Only one is ensuite, the other is jack 'n jill for two rooms to share. Check in was as easy as you can get. The property was very clean, and the layout is just perfect. The large family room is just what we needed for our family gathering. And the outside sitting areas are spacious and beautiful.The neighborhood has a great community feel, and everyone we met in Jamaica Beach was very nice and polite.We enjoyed fishing off the back dock, especially at night when the lights were on. This was our third time staying at Kachina Cay, and as always, the property was immaculately maintained and communication with Robin was easy with immediate responses. He is such a genuinely kind and positive person! My husband loved being able to hop in our boat and be fishing on the bay within minutes (had red fish for dinner nightly) and I loved the short ride to the beach for walks with our pup. The house sits on one of the loveliest streets and canals in Jamaica Beach, with a large deck for morning coffee and a downstairs hammock for afternoon naps.
