It was our mother's 90th birthday and we were able to bring her to the beach house to celebrate thanks to the lift at the house. One thing to note is the half bathroom is in the garage downstairs. We didn't use it at all due to the overwhelming mosquito situation over the rainy weekend. I don't think this information was mentioned in the description, so I thought it would be helpful for everyone to know this. The house has a surrounding gate, which we appreciated. It was the perfect place for our family with plenty of comfortable beds, a large kitchen, and most importantly, a lift so my father in law could join us! It had absolutely everything we needed. We loved sitting on the porch and being able to walk to the beach and we had plenty of parking. Jay was extremely responsive and communication about check in and checkout was very helpful. We had 12 people including 8 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The host was great - communication was super quick and detailed. There were a few things that could use updating but nothing that would deter us from staying again. We loved having quick access to the beach and the guys had a blast fishing at the private pier. About as good as a location you can get for not being on front row of beach. Easy access to sand/water....and if you rent the golf cart even easier. Well worth it.
