Location, location, location. This house is within walking distance to the Seawall and Stewart beach, and is built to entertain with a grand lower level game room/lounge, and a comfortable rear yard with seating around a fire pit. It is freshly remodeled and nestled on the eastern tip of Galveston, so your family and friends will be close to everything while staying at this beautiful, centrally-located home away from home.
The space This house, on the far east tip of Galveston, between Stewart Beach and Porretto Beach is walking distance to the Seawall. It is an amazing 4 bedroom house with tons of extras and sleeps 10. There is a TV in the living room with access to Hulu, a 6 seat dining table, and kitchen seating for 4. The whole house has 2.5 bathrooms (1.5 bathrooms upstairs and 1 full bathroom downstairs.) The ground floor has a hidden man cave with an extra refrigerator, 2 TVs and a regulation pool table. The private backyard has an outdoor fire pit and a propane grill. The house has private parking for 2 cars, street parking for 2 cars (permits provided) & and a 1 car garage with a Tesla charger. Other amenities include central air conditioning, a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, front loading washer & dryer, and a Bluetooth capable cd/record player. You can bring your favorite CD or vinyl record with you and enjoy it in a house big enough to dance in. After a fun day at the beach, sit back and enjoy your lemonade from the porch swing of this large front porch.
Guest access The entire house, private backyard, garage parking and private parking is available for your use. You are also allowed to access the washer and dryer under the house. Under the house is secured with a padlock also with access to a game-room with a pool table decorated like a hidden man cave.
Other things to note Confetti, glitter or water balloons are strictly prohibited. Use of these items will result in a $250 non-refundable fee.
