This spacious and stylish home offers the epitome of luxury coastal living with its beautifully designed interior, high end appliances, delightful outdoor living space, proximity to the beach and access to the nearby community pool and fishing pier. ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1. ● Location: Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas ● Beach access: 30 second drive to the Sea Isle beach parking lot, or 5 minute walk. ● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys. ● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. We do not allow parties. \- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. \- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. \- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. \- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. \- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. \- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. The house was very nice and great location with an easy walk to the beach. Managers were responsive and able to remedy a situation with the key on check in and they kept in touch throughout the weekend and leading up to our stay. We could’ve used more towels, especially since the dryer didn’t get hot and we couldn’t get anything to dry. Also, there are only sheer curtains throughout the house, even the bedrooms, so privacy was a little difficult and made sleeping in a little difficult, especially for our littles. Lastly, the upstairs shared bathroom had a tub/shower set up but no shower curtain so baths only in there. The beach house is beautiful with plenty of space. Only a few minor details that would keep me from saying it was perfection. The room I stayed in happened to have a lingering smell of foot odor. Every other room smelled fine. After a few days it seemed a little better. As a family who loves watching TV in bed, more TVs in the bedrooms would be top notch. Check in was easy and the hose was very clean. The only issue was the front door lock was broken and you could not lock it. Also the handle was loose. However I would definitely recommend this place if you have a large group ##### Jerry K. It was very comfortable and homey feeling! Not too far from the beach. We placed a grocery pickup order and picked it up on the way thru Galveston because there are not many places to get groceries in the area! I would recommend taking extra bath towels, kitchen towels, and paper towels, paper plates and throw away utensils. There were plenty of dishes and utensils but it makes it easier not to have to wash dishes as much! Besides there is not a dish drain and you only get 3 kitchen towels! I recommend bringing a dish drying mat. The bathrooms were very nice but they didn’t have any place to hang your towels to reuse them and the towel hanger by the sink was placed so low that you couldn’t hang a hand or bath towel only a wash cloth. All in all we had a great time staying at the Big Tuna/BeachBox ##### Janette H. Beach Box was so responsive throughout the booking process and even upon arrival. It was great to find a place with all the king beds and en suites for all our extended family to have a comfortable space for the weekend. We went with the ordering pizza and catering route, so we didn’t really cook, but it looked like basic appliances and pots and pans were well appointed. Rented a golf cart which was great to get around. Beach access parking is right across the main road and easy to walk to, but golf cart was nice for the grandparents and trips back to the house as needed. No Keurig, fyi. We didn’t even check and all brought coffee pods, but there is a regular percolating coffee pot with filters. Outdoor furniture on deck was really nice and we spent a lot of time outside. Parking for more than 4-5 vehicles in driveway may be tight. We had 4 and fit comfortably. Awesome private pier for fishing in Sea Isle neighborhood with bait shop right there. Thanks! ##### Lena F. Group included 2 great grandparents, 4 mid-fifties adults, 1 teenager, 1 young family of 4 with 1 infant and a 4-year old. Overall, time here was enjoyable. First the good - home is large, beautiful, and has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There are many balcony areas to sit outside and enjoy the views. Home is well-appointed with all the kitchen amenities you need. We did cook quite a bit. Rooms are large, comfortable and most have an ensuite bath. Loved that we were all able to shower within minutes of each other and never run out of hot water, great! Home is in a quiet neighborhood near the beach and away from the touristy seawall. We visited the beach every day and loved it. Check in was easy and clear. The not so good -The dryer did not work. It did not heat up, so we weren't able to dry wet clothes. The microwave and outdoor grill were dirty and rusted. The outdoor grill especially had not been cleaned in quite awhile. We were not able to use it and ended up purchasing a grill from Walmart. The remote controls for the upstairs TV and for one of the dowstairs bedroom fans were missing, we were never able to locate them. Use of the pool was an extra charge. Property management was advised of all issues and, though were not able to resolve dryer issue, responded quickly. If these issues can be addressed, our stay would be an easy 5 stars. We enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back. ##### Laura A. Stayed 5 nights in Jun 2025 ### 4/10 Poor #### John N. 14 Apr 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location Disliked: Communication #### Too many minor issues We had an awesome time however the house had several issues that we had to keep informing the host about. I’m sure the host was well aware of the issues before we arrived. I think we should have been told at check in about the issues so we wouldn’t have to take pictures and videos of all that stuff. It took a lot of our time calling, emailing and texting the host. The phone service is bad in the house so calls and messages were not going thru even with the WiFi connected. Had a hard time connecting with the host. One of the dining chairs was broken, the walls had scuff marks and dents in several places, the doors in the a few of bathrooms has water damage . One of the toilets would not flush but they fixed that in a timely manner. Overall we had an awesome time it was just a little stressful trying to inform the host of the multiple issues. I didn’t want to be blamed for those issues. ##### John N.
