"Just back from a great stay at this hotel. We arrived early and turned up at the hotel expecting just to drop our bags off as we were way to early to check in but the lovely lady called Elena (not sure of the spelling) on reception checked us in early and gave us a garden facing room. She was very welcoming and helpful indeed. This was fantastic as these rooms are so quiet. We never heard a sound the whole time we were there and the bed was very comfortable too. This was very welcome as we were so busy on tours during the day. The hotel is very clean and our room was cleaned every day throughout our stay. The shower was also good. We did not eat at the hotel so I cannot comment on breakfast. You are not far away from the main areas central station is about 5-10 mins walk away and it is very well located for the pick up points for various bus tours to Luxembourg, Brugge and Amsterdam etc. This was a reason I chose this hotel. You are also about 15 mins walk to the Grand Place area and the Royal Palace. There's a Carrafeur supermarket nearby and also some restaurants and eating places along the street. I would happily stay here again if I were staying in Brussels. It was excellent value for money for the price I paid."

"This was my 2nd time at this property. It is very well located, just steps from La Grande Place and about 7 minutes from the train station that bring to the airport. Beds are comfortable and they have nice amenities like fresh apple and water in the lobby, shower cap, toothpaste in the room etc. The only sad thing is that we were not able to experience the breakfast. My dad gave us a surprise gift with breakfast but since our flight was in the morning, we were not able to attend. The breakfast open at 7am. I will definitely stay again"

"Lovely hotel in a great location! Only one of the elevators were working and no stairs but otherwise it was good. Taps in shower and sink need to be fixed, they just spray out water. Pillows sucked but room was very large and bed was nice. Pretty good overall."

"This was the best hostel we stayed in during our month long trip. We stayed in a four bed dorm with en-suite only for one night. The beds were spacious, there was AC, curtains covered the entire bed, shower was awesome. Couldn’t have asked for more."

"The hotel is wonderfully located for access to Brussels Central station. The lobby is breezy with lots of cozy chairs and even a pool table. The whole check-in process is digital, coming with a PIN number to enter the property and one to enter the room. Or the Numa app, if connected will also do that job. I didn’t see a single member of staff for my whole stay. Which seems odd but actually didn’t impact my stay at all. Also there are a set of big lockers to store a case and even a gym and laundry. I booked a ‘small’ room but it was actually bigger than expected, with a big bed, two stools and a side table. I would come back. I was actually quite impressed having earlier been apprehensive. Go for it if you want convenience, value, clean and modern (the tv was huge for the room)."
