Great property! Easy check in, pool was very nice, parking a bit tight with 4 vehicles but it can work. Hot tub very clean, downstairs bedrooms could use some cleaning around the baseboards but other than that house clean overall. Great property for large groups! Would definitely book again!

Very nice; great place for us all to hang out; table large enough for eating & games & great to have it open to the kitchen; beds in guest bedrooms were not comfortable; also, could supply plastic wrap for use in kitchen.

Cousins Weekend

We rent a house every year out here at the territories. This property was the absolute best. Super clean and organized. Only issue is we weren't allowed to use the garage which made parking a bit more of an issue, but that was minor. Would recommend this place 10/10!!!

Christmas Family Getaway

My family consists of 3 sons and their families who live in different parts of the country and not near my home in Iowa. This year we decided to stay in a place that was larger and more centrally located to celebrate Christmas. Each family had their own bed and bath which was much appreciated. The open space on the main floor provided a comfortable area to cook meals and relax together. The large open space downstairs was a great area for the kids to enjoy time together. Our stay was great and made wonderful memories for everyone!
