Upstairs are 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom with en-suite shower room, with a Super King bed, a twin bedroom and double bedroom. There is a further spacious family bathroom with a shower over the bath. The rental is fully inclusive of linen, towels and logs for the stove, and the cottage is fully equipped with all white goods (dishwasher tablets and washing powder provided), TV and wifi. The property is let as a whole and guests will also have access to a Tennis Court (shared with guests staying in the other properties on the estate). The property also comes with a permit to fish for trout on the Tweed and guests will have access to the private stretch of water at The Yair. Simon Fishing may be available, at additional cost, during the months of August though to November. The Yair is the perfect base from which to explore all that this part of Scotland has to offer and is ideally suited to those looking to enjoy the outdoors.
