Welcome to your SwampFriends getaway! This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath mid-century modern home offers the perfect blend of style, comfort, and entertainment—just minutes from the University of Florida.

Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms: the master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom has two twin beds; and the third bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed. Each room is thoughtfully decorated for a relaxing stay.

The main living area includes a modern kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a coffee/beverage station. The living room features a 75-inch smart TV and two pull-out sofa beds, perfect for extra guests.
