The SCOLA 21 apartment, of about 65 square meters, is located in the elegant complex of Casa Scola on the second floor (without elevator) and is attic. It is located in a central area, one hundred meters from the sea, in a quiet, ventilated and silent position, very close to the new dock and the characteristic square of the city. Theapartment has a long balcony adjacent to the two bedrooms. The house has a private parking space, thermal soundproofing windows and air conditioning. It consists of: living room-kitchen with sofa and dining table, 32"LCD TV, modular kitchen complete with utensils and dishes, with four-burner hob, traditional oven, microwave oven, extractor hood, two-basin sink, fridge with separate freezer; large windowed bathroom with shower box, hairdryer and sanitary ware; master bedroom with double slatted bed and single slatted bed; second bedroom with double slatted bed (5 total beds), safe; Wi-Fi and laundry room.
