Pascoli, 33 - Gabicce Mare The 30-square-metre Attic flat SCOLA 22 is located in the elegant Casa Scola complex on the second floor (without lift). It was built with the latest technology and design. It is located in a very central area, one hundred metres from the sea, in a quiet, breezy and peaceful location, very close to the new dock and the characteristic town square. The flat has a large 30 square metre balcony. The large sliding windows create the illusion of a boundless space in which there is no difference between indoor and outdoor areas. The very large terrace allows the living room to be extended with an open-air room of 22 square metres (complete with outdoor furniture), the latter being separated from the living area by a large retractable window. The absence of closures gives the possibility of multiplying the spaces; interior and exterior merge without interruption thanks also to the visual continuity of the flooring. The living area was conceived as a large space encompassing the kitchen, dining area and living room. An environment in harmony with the contemporary way of living according to which sharing different functions favours social relationships.
