"Pros: Gym facilities are basically brand new, well worth the additional price point for access. General hotel and rooms are extremely clean and modernized, big luxury vibes for a very low price point. Location is extremely convenient, especially if you are travelling via Haneda Airport. If you are heading to the city, you can catch the monorail to tokyo. Cons: Laundry facilities not the greatest. Following the directions provided, it took 3 additional dry cycles (1.5 hrs) on top of the standard 1 hour wash/dry cycle to dry a few t-shirts, pants, and socks. Laundry machines reeked and clearly have not been cleaned in a while. No card payments for laundry machines which only take 100 yen coins. This means you have to run to an ATM (none available in the hotel) and withdraw $60 USD (10,000 yen) in cash, and exchange 1000 yen bill for 10 coins. Rooms are tiny. If you have more than 2 suitcases, good luck. No freezer in the in-room refridgerator. Refridgerators are tiny and will not fit anything over 4” in width."

"The hotel was so clean and the staff were so helpful and nice. I ate at 3 of the restaurants in the hotel and the staff at each restaurant was very friendly and the food was amazing! 416 Ramen was my favorite of the 3 I ate at. Great flavor and really yummy! I went in the 24 hour Family Mart every day for coffee among other necessities I needed and the staff there were super friendly and helpful. I am so glad I stayed there and will definitely stay there again when I return to Japan. My vacation was so pleasant and having this lovely hotel to return to after shopping and sightseeing was great!"

"Its a lovely hotel but unfortunately the service it offers is poor. We were hoping to go to the bar for a drink after a long flight. It was closed at 9pm. The restaurant was also closed. I would expect a bettet service from a hotel that claims to be 5 star. The rooms are spacious and the interior and gardens are lively. Pity the services are bad."

"very beautiful king sized bed, room was a bit small but spacious for one person. Lovely view of the train tracks and Oimachi area. 7/11 and other food and convenience stores nearby. Loved it."

"I’m going to give my honest opinion! Everyone talked about how small the hotels in Tokyo are. However this particular hotel was exceptional. It is big compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan. There is a lot of drawer to put our clothes and also a good sized closet. The hotel provides almost everything to make our stay conducive. From the entrance, lobby and to the room itself you’ll be amazed. I loved the fact that it has 711 in the basement for a quick grab. And it is about seven minutes walk to shinagawa station. And the breakfast buffet has both Japanese and western selections. There is so much to choose from. And the staffs were so helpful. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Tokyo"
