The Seaside Apartment by MHM, is a great apartment in Funchal overlooking the harbour. It has 3 bedrooms,  
a total space of 130 m².  
The accommodation is equipped with the following: fully equipped kitchen, lift, internet (Wi-Fi), balcony, garage.  
It is a great place to start a holiday, ideal for families and friends,  
  
At the moment there is construction near our neighbor's house, so it will cause some annoying noise during the working period. For this reason we decided to apply a discount on the booking price (already visible in the price). By booking you are agreeing to these conditions.  
  
Madeira is a thriving destination with ongoing tourism and real estate development, enhancing the island's charm and amenities. Please note that some construction works may occur during your stay. These activities are not related to our properties and are part of the island’s broader growth. We appreciate your understanding and are confident that your stay will be delightful despite any potential minor inconveniences.  
  
Check in times are from 16h. In the event of availability, early check ins are possible.  
The supl fee for late arrivals from 22h00 to 00h00 is 20,00€
