Boasting sea-view from its private balcony, perfect to enjoy those lovely sunsets, the spacious air-conditioned open plan living area includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining table and sitting area. There is one air-conditioned double bedroom in this apartment and a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area. Cafés, restaurants, attractions, monuments, museums, and other facilities, as well as the market, cable car, marina, sea-front promenade, public gardens, and shopping centres are all within easy walking distance. This apartment is located on the second floor, accessible via a set of stairs. Free parking in a nearby public car park is available to guests. For stays of longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels, and light mid-stay cleaning of bathrooms is provided on a day and time to be advised at check-in. All linen and towels are provided. For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own. Guests need to vacate the villa during a mid-stay clean and change of linen. My partner and I absolutely loved our stay. Right in the heart of Funchal, the location of the apartment was perfect. Just right outside our door was the ocean and countless restaurants. We loved getting to wake up to the sound of the ocean & knowing we could grab a bite to eat within minutes. The apartment itself was very clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable--something we really appreciated after days spent hiking around Madeira. The communication with the owners was also great.
