  • Fully renovated one-bedroom apartment very close to the center of Funchal. Mountain views and a balcony over one of the famous streams that head to Funchal's Bay. Full bath and equipped kitchen for all your needs.

    PROPERTY RULES
    To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

    • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
    • Parties or events are not permitted.
    • Pets are not permitted.
    • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

    The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

    In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

    Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
    €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

    Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

    Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

    By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

    OTHER NOTES
    All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
    For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.

A big apartment very close to the old city, easily accessible by car, without traffic even during the weekdays, with private underground parking spot. Very helpful and responsive staff. We had a very pleasant stay!

Weil unser Flug gestrichen wurde haben wir eine Nacht hier verbracht. Obwohl es nur ein Doppelbett gab und ein Sofa wurde der volle Preis für vier Personen gebucht. Das ganze Gebäude ist sehr anonym, ich weiß nicht ob es noch andere Gäste gab. Im Bad roch es ekelhaft, auch der Abfluss in der Küche stank. In der gesamten Wohnung roch es süßlich, lüften könnten wir wegen Moskitos und Lärm nicht so richtig. Der seitliche Meerblick ist ein Witz, man sieht das Meer nur vom winzigen Balkon aus. Die Beschichtungen der Teflon Pfannen in der Küche sind nicht mehr vorhanden. Die Mokka Kanne war so rostig dass wir sie nicht benutzen wollten. Alles in allem als Notunterkunft okay, aber nicht zu dem Preis! Das Zimmer war teurer als unser wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit sieben Betten...

Cama bastante desconfortável, banheira com derrame, sofá também desconfortável mesmo para um jovem, poucas almofadas, autoclismo não funcionava, muitos mosquitos se deixássemos as janelas abertas, tábua de engomar péssima, campainha da porta exterior não funcionava, máquina de lavar roupa muito barulhenta, frigorífico muito pequeno para colocar garrafas ou jarros de sumo…Não voltaremos a ficar!Funcionária da empresa prestável e disponível.

Schöne Unterkunft in Funchal!

Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen perfekt. Auch in einer guten Lage, wo man zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus (5 min) im Zentrum ist. Wir hatten auch einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz der in dieser Lage wirklich wichtig war! Wir würden jedesmal wieder kommen - Preis-Leistung wirklich super! 😊

Nice, clean apartment

The apartment has everything for your needs. Good facilities, clean, though there is no hand soap or cleaning products in the bathroom. We had to buy wipes to keep everything clean. The shower only has enough hot water for one, then it has to be allowed to heat up again. Up a very steep hill from Funchal, but there is a bus stop 20 feet outside the apartment. Buses run regularly until late.

The hospitality was bad

Logement vaste et confortable

Avantages: Propreté parfaite, équipement très complet, parfait pour 3 personnes (à quatre, c'est un peu juste). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le parking souterrain privé. Inconvénients: Ne se trouve pas dans un quartier très agréable Bruit important (circulation et rivière) nous obligeant à garder les fenêtres fermées.

Great place to stay in Funchal

Santa Catarina I apartment is an excellent option 5 minutes from the heart of the city. This place has all the facilities and is very well equiped. Parking is an important commodity, is very quite and has a nice side view to funchal harbor. Very clean and confortable, nice decoration! I recommend and would stay again!
