With interiors designed by the renowned Nini Andrade Silva, the space reflects a refined contemporary aesthetic. Bespoke furniture, natural materials and a neutral palette are elevated by curated art and ambient lighting. The apartment hosts up to four guests across two en suite bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with twin beds. There is also a guest WC and a fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom includes air conditioning and a Smart TV and is designed for privacy and rest.

Outdoors, the private garden and heated pool extend the apartment’s serene atmosphere. The water is maintained between 25°C and 30°C for optimal comfort, ideal for sun-drenched mornings, afternoon swims or a quiet aperitif. Just beyond this private space, tropical communal gardens unfold seamlessly. They lead to an elegant infinity pool with panoramic views and a fitness centre equipped by Technogym. This proximity ensures guests enjoy all the benefits of a resort-like setting just steps from their own exclusive retreat. A nearby panoramic terrace, nestled between palm-lined paths, invites quiet moments with sweeping sea views.

Private underground parking is included. The apartment offers immediate access to Funchal’s finest locations, from the marina to the historic centre and cultural landmarks. For a personalised stay, private chefs, guided island tours and transfers may be arranged on request.

4. Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00, out of respect for the surrounding environment.

5. Check-In & Check-Out
Kindly respect the scheduled check-in and check-out times to help ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience. Check-ins are welcomed until 22:00. For arrivals after this time, a €32 supplement for night-time coordination applies. This can be settled via the online check-in form or, if not completed in advance, on arrival.

6. Neighbour Awareness
Please remain mindful of the local community throughout your stay.

7. Furnishings and Amenities
All furnishings and amenities are provided for your enjoyment throughout the stay. Kindly ensure that no items are removed from the property.

8. Additional Guests or Visitors
Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the premises.

9. Insects & Wildlife
This property is located on Madeira Island, known for its lush nature and subtropical climate. Depending on the season, occasional sightings of insects or small wildlife may occur. While regular pest control is in place, a fully insect-free environment cannot be guaranteed. We recommend keeping windows closed, storing food securely, and managing waste appropriately to help maintain comfort.

10. Tourist Tax
As part of local requirements, a tourist tax of €2 per person per night (up to 7 nights, for guests aged 13 and above) will be collected during check-in via the registration form. This contribution is forwarded directly to the municipality.
