Property of typology T3, with excellent sun exposure throughout the day and all the comfort for a good holiday shared in families and/or with friends. This charming apartment of large areas, soft and harmonious tones, offers three comfortable suites; a social bathroom; a fully equipped kitchen with dining table; a spacious living room with two seating areas, cable TV, a work area, a dining area and access to the balcony. Through the living room there is access to one of the bedrooms with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a balcony. In the other two bedrooms, which are also en-suite, there is a double bed, one of them with shower and the other with shower and bathtub, as well as access to the balcony that is also common with the living room. All the rooms are aesthetically elegant and have excellent natural light that transmits a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Outside, the balcony with a stunning view of the sea, Praia Formosa and Cabo Girão invites you to enjoy the space, with two comfortable sofas and a dining table. You can't miss watching the sunset at the right time, accompanied by a nice glass of wine and a cheese board. This accommodation includes the use of the three swimming pools available in the building, gym, snooker table and gardens. Maximum capacity for 6 persons. Wi-Fi available in all areas of the flat. Lift available in the building. There are 2 private parking spaces available. AREA The property is located on Estrada Monumental, in the luxury condominium Madeira Palace Residences, near the centre of Funchal. Quiet area, with quick and easy access to Praia Formosa. The flat is close to the Promenade that connects Funchal to Câmara de Lobos. In this area you will find Fórum Madeira shopping centre, several restaurants, bars, pastry shops, pharmacies and other services. If you choose to go to the centre of the city of Funchal know that there are several points of tourist interest and information on cultural activities, radical activities, activities linked to nature, whatever the purpose of the visit to Madeira Island. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. We did not like the check-in procedure, where we had to fill in some forms on the web site and also pay a deposit which was not announced on booking.com. Also, the underground parking was made such a way that only little cars can comfortably enter it, with a bigger car it was a great problem. As toalhas apenas foram entregues a meio da manhã seguinte. A maquina de lavar loiça estava avariada e permaneceu durante toda a nossa estadia. The large terrace is ideal at the seafront location. There is a good bakery (Penha d'Águia) nearby and the Forum Madeira shopping centre is convenient for shopping.
