Set over one floor, stairs provide access from the ground floor garage area to the living area. A large imposing open plan lounge and dining room opens to the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast room. In the back yard is the built-in barbecue and outdoor dining area. A hallway leads to the three large bedrooms, the Master bedroom having its own en-suite shower room, and the family bathroom being shared by the other two. Stairs lead to the rooftop terrace which offers views of Funchal’s natural amphitheatre, the sea and Funchal port. This is the perfect place to appreciate a quiet moment, see the cruise ships arrive and depart, and wonder at breathtaking firework display on New Years Eve. Bathroom 1,1st floor, en-suite to Master bedroom, double washbasin, walk-in shower, bidet, toilet. Bathroom 2, 1st floor, single washbasin, bath with overhead shower, bidet, toilet. Lounge Open plan, large lounge with flat-screen Smart TV, cable digital box, connection to Netflix and YouTube. Opens to kitchen, side terraces, outdoor seating with barbecue. The nearest facilities are 300 meters away. Cleaning The property is prepared for your arrival. For stays of longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels, and light mid-stay cleaning of bathrooms is provided on a day and time to be advised at check-in. All linen and towels are provided. For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own. Guests need to vacate the villa during a mid-stay clean and change of linen. Booking Notes The advertised prices are based on a 4-person occupancy and supplements apply should anyone join you for any length of time. To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit or the full amount if the reservation is made within 8 weeks prior to arrival. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit of 300€ is required, charged in advance to a credit card. This will be returned to your credit card within 5 working days after your departure, subject to the villa being returned in good condition. The minimum stay is 07 nights. Final details for check-in and driving instructions to the property will be sent 7 days prior to arrival. A contact number will be provided, and to be able to access the property, you need to phone this number as you are leaving the airport. It is your responsibility to contact and advise the number provided on the check-in details to advise any delays to the expected check-in time. Check-in times - at the property - are between 16H00 and 19H00\. For Sunday arrivals and out of hours check-in, alternative arrangements will be made and an additional cost will apply. Check-in and check-out flexibility will be applied where possible, but this will depend on housekeeping schedules and the departure and arrival days of other reservations either side of your stay; a definitive answer can only be provided within 24 hours of your arrival for check-in and your departure for check-out.
