Situado na Rua de Santa Maria, no tradicional bairro da Zona Velha do Funchal, o apartamento tem vista sobre o mar e fácil acesso a restaurantes, bares e supermercados. O apartamento situa-se a menos de 1km da catedral do Funchal e a 1,2km da marina e situa-se junto do teleférico (que vai até ao Monte) e a menos de 5 minutos a pé da praia.
A Zona Velha do Funchal situa-se na zona baixa da cidade, à beira mar, e é considerada uma zona histórica, de grande valor arquitectónico e patrimonial.

O apartamento fica localizado num edifício antigo e totalmente renovado, acolhedor e bem equipado e inclui: Kitchenette com micro-ondas e frigorífico, utensílios de cozinha, fogão e forno, máquina de lavar roupa, estendal e ferro, televisão de ecrã plano e Tv Cabo. Wi-Fi gratuito. Existe uma casa de banho privativa e são fornecidas toalhas e roupa de cama.

A Zona Velha da cidade do Funchal encontra-se situada na zona baixa da cidade, à beira mar e é considerada uma zona histórica de grande valor arquitectónico e patrimonial, sendo hoje uma grande atracção: as suas ruas foram objecto de uma intervenção por artistas locais e estrangeiros (projecto "Arte de Portas Abertas").

A Zona Velha dispõe espaços verdes, bem como alguns pontos históricos a visitar: a Fortaleza de Santiago, a Capela do Corpo Santo, o Museu de Arte Contemporânea, o Museu da Eletricidade e o Museu Story Centre.
É também nesta zona que se situa o Mercado dos Lavradores e de onde parte o teleférico para a freguesia do Monte (local de grande interesse histórico e religioso).

Esta é uma zona de grande animação onde existem muitos restaurantes tradicionais, bares e lojas.
