City View Apartment by Madeira Sun Travel

There are places that welcome us. And then, there are places that captivate us.

Discover the City View Apartment by Homie.

With a beautiful view over the amphitheatre of the city of Funchal, the City View accommodation is very comfortable and practical, making this accommodation the perfect accommodation for 2 people.

The accommodation features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and laundry area, which includes a small peninsula that makes it easier for quick meals or their preparation. The bathroom follows a practical and modern style, equipped with a spacious shower.

The dining room and living room were designed in open space which benefits you when socialising at home with family or friends.

With direct access through the living room, the pleasant balcony has a charming leisure area where you will undoubtedly spend your late afternoons.

This apartment has a private parking space in the building's garage so you can park your car. There are also several parking spaces available in the vicinity of the accommodation.

City View, as the name suggests, is very close to the city of Funchal. However, it is located in a calm and residential area of the city. It has several services in the surrounding area such as restaurants, fruit shops, shops and even the Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital.

Just a 5-minute drive away you can access the city of Funchal, the capital of Madeira, where you will not lack activities or places to experience. The Lido area is the tourist area of the city and is just a short 3-minute drive from this apartment. This area is known for its swimming areas, seafront promenade and excellent restaurants.

Just a few metres from the property, you have access to the motorway which gives you access to any point on the Island you wish to visit. Heading West, you can visit the famous fishing village of Câmara de Lobos, birthplace of the well-known Madeira Poncha and one of the best places to try our typical gastronomy.

If you intend to get to know the island of Madeira in a quality environment and enjoy an endless view, this is your accommodation!

We guarantee that you will have your dream holiday, with excellent comfortable spaces, and with a splendid view over Funchal Bay.

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its respective equipment. Damage, loss or misuse identified during or after the stay may be subject to the application of a damage fee, intended to cover repair, replacement or extraordinary cleaning costs.

Since 2017, we have welcomed travellers from all over the world to our beloved island of Madeira, with a commitment to providing memorable experiences and excellent service. We started as Madeira Sun Travel, a name that reflected the sun, comfort and welcoming spirit that has always guided us.

Over time, we realised that we wanted to go further: more closeness, more authenticity, more connection.

That's how Homie was born. More than a new name - a new way of being.

Each stay is thought through in detail to be special and welcoming. Each house has its own storey. And each guest is received as an old friend.

Beyond comfort and hospitality, we also provide, upon request, additional services such as car hire, activity bookings, personalised experiences and much more - all so that you can make the most of Madeira.

Whether you are a traveller looking for a special spot or a property owner looking for someone to care for your home with dedication, you are in the right place.

We also inform you that check-ins after 22:00 have an extra fee of €20, payable to our host at the time of check-in.
