The building has a shared outdoor area with a garden, swimming pool (temporarily closed for repairs) and views of the cliff and the sea. There is a garage in the building with private parking for this apartment. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a residential building, has a usable area of around 154 m2 and comprises four bedrooms, with capacity for families and groups of up to 8 people. The main bedroom has a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom. There are two more bedrooms with single beds (100 x 200 cm) and a small bedroom with a single bed (95 x 200 cm) and a pull-out bed (90 x 200 cm), as well as two more bathrooms. There is a large living room with access to the balcony, sofa, dining table and full kitchen. The apartment is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (1 Gbps), TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay. LOCATION The apartment is located in the main tourist area of Funchal, next to the Lido. Just a few minutes' walk away there are restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, a pharmacy and various services. It is 200 meters from the Monumental Experience Shopping Centre, 450 meters from the Lido Bathing Complex and the Lido Promenade. The property has easy pedestrian access to services, attractions and bus stops. The airport Aerobus stops 200 meters from the building's entrance. By car, there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the expressway to discover the island. REMARKS Cleaning is done before check-in and there is weekly cleaning, which includes a change of bed linen and towels. Due to the island's climate, insects can occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food waste and keep food well packaged. People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when traveling around the island. There are building works nearby, with potential noise during the day on weekdays. However, the windows and doors have good soundproofing, and the disturbance is reduced when they are closed. Repairs are underway on the pool and therefore use of the pool is temporarily prohibited. An increase in the number of guests means a price increase of up to 10% per person. CONDITIONS 1\. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited. 2\. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival. 3\. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability. 4\. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements. 5\.
