"What a beautiful and well appointed retreat in the Ouachita National Forest area! Whether you venture out to the National Forest and surrounding small towns or just stay on the property, there is so much to do. The house is well furnished with all of the amenities you could need, and then some. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the house. Highly recommended!"

"The check in process was not simple because the instructions given were not correct. Overall, check in process took around 30 minutes and had to resolve issue with property manager. There was trash all over the grounds of the property from previous guests. It appeared that no one cleaned up after previous guests. There were misleading check out instructions on Vrbo. On the listing, it stated that there is “Nothing you need to do, just drive home safely!” However, this was not the case, and there was a significant list of check out instructions from the host. "

"The Black Squirrel was perfect. And the hosts were very responsive.Everything was super clean and cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck with hot tub and fire pit. Hot Springs was very close by.I highly recommend booking this cabin. An extra touch was the chocolates left by the hosts. My husband liked that the best. You will love staying here."

"Tonya’s cabin is the perfect getaway! Clean and very well stocked with everything you need just bring your food and cook in the beautiful kitchen or outside on the grill. It is so cozy! The view is beautiful no matter the season of the year. "

"We had a wonderful family holiday get together! There was lots of room to spread out, and the home was very well-stocked. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware for a crowd, and there were plenty of towels and extra bedding. Having 4 bathrooms and a washer/dryer on both floors was a big plus. The swings by the fire pit were a popular spot, and the river was so peaceful. The hosts were friendly and responsive, and the check-in/out process was very easy. Thanks for a great stay!"
