"Good morning,I wanted to share that we truly enjoyed our stay. Our family appreciated the opportunity to relax and spend quality time together, and the home was a great setting for that.I did not realize there was a cleaning fee—my oversight. I was raised to always leave a place better than we found it, so before departure I washed and folded the towels we used, swept and mopped the kitchen, living room, and ran and unloaded the dishwasher.I did want to mention two minor items for awareness. We were unable to use the fire pit due to there being no firewood, which was something I had asked about prior to booking. Additionally, there was a buildup of grease on the back patio dripping from the grill. I cleaned this up to prevent grease from being tracked in and out of the home.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely consider booking again in the future. "This cabin is a beautifully designed, cozy oasis for relaxation & peace. Yes, there is another cabin being built nearby, but it wasn't very visible from the cabin. I wanted seclusion, & this is probably as close as you can find these days. The eggs, bacon, & pancake mix provided was such a thoughful touch. While I love the tub, it wasn't relaxing for me because I was so focused on trying not to spray any water outside of the tub. The hot tub was perfect for sore muscles after hiking around Hot Springs for the day. We will definitely be back- the sooner the better!"

"The property had everything we needed, including a hot tub. Family commented that this was the first place that we had stayed that there was no wait for the bathroom which is important when there are kids. We enjoyed the view and the trails around the rental. It was pet friendly and my dog enjoyed our hikes around the property as well. Host communicated and answered any inquiries promptly. Arkansas is a beautiful place to visit. My sister who was present calls it her "happy place." "

"Beautiful veiw ,great room, beds were amazing. Only one thing that i saw it could do with was skid prevention on bottom of tub. It was real slick and there where no grab bars. Thats it everything else was great. The staff was amazing. Would highly recommend. "
