コスパも良く地下鉄の駅から徒歩10分。近くて良かったです。朝食付きで3400円はすごいです！和洋選べて、和を頼みました。どれも美味しかったです。 建物は古めだと思いますが、中　内装は整備されているように思います。シャワーの圧は低めでしたが、私的には許容範囲内でした。セミダブルのベッドもゆっくりぐっすり眠れました。近くにコンビニ2箇所あり、便利でした。機会があれば、また利用したいと思います。

ライブで利用させていただきました。会場にも近く、コンビニが両サイドにあったのでとても便利でした。朝食もおいしかったです。お部屋の設備は古いものでしたが、キレイにされてて不快感はありませんでした。

ウォーターフロント地区の施設から徒歩圏至便

福岡国際会議場、マリンメッセ福岡、福岡サンパレスで行われた会議に参加するために宿泊。上記いずれの施設も徒歩圏なので非常に便利。会議中の休憩時間に部屋に戻ることも可能な距離。比較的大きなコンビニが近くに二軒。有名ラーメン店も至近。部屋はコンパクトながら清潔。宿泊料金の変動大きく要注意。

想定外の快適さ

飲み歩きのために二人で利用しましたが、十分な広さでした。シャワートイレは立地条件を考慮すれば妥当かなと思います。朝食も和洋のセットアップから選べますし適量だと感じました。 ベッドが想定より広くてフカフカだったのが本当に良かったです。熟睡できました。 また利用したいと思います。

スタッフの対応は丁寧。タクシーは館内の電話で全然つかまらず、意味がないです。部屋はカビくさくて、消臭スプレーと空気清浄機を毎日　強モードで回さなければいけなかった。朝食はアットホームな感じで良かった。
