The photos looked great, and since it was in Japan, we trusted what was advertised. The price was reasonable, but the cleaning and maintenance could use more attention. The room felt quite humid and had a slight odor—nothing unbearable, but noticeable. However, the shower room definitely needs better cleaning and upkeep. There was visible mold around the vent and on parts of the wall, which could be a safety concern for future guests. On a positive note, the bedroom itself was clean—the sheets, towels, and linens were fresh. The beds were comfortable, and our children loved the unique bunk bed setup. The room wasn't very big but it was exactly what I needed as I didn't spend a lot of time in the room. I love that it had a small desk and chair so I could work on little things as needed. Access into the hotel was super easy. Check-in was a little iffy for some travelers checking in at the same time I was checking in.
