Located in very convenient place. Subway station, convenience stores etc. everything is close to the hotel. Guests can use big nice hotel spa. The breakfast was amazing. I paid a little extra to try out this hotel, and in some ways, it was a bit underwhelming. The onsen is much smaller than what is portrayed in the photo. However, it was an easy walk across the street to the metro station. I also appreciated the deodorizer in my room, as it helped mask the smoke smell (i.e., I reserved a smoking room by mistake).

The property charges you if you have a car. I think it's very lazy and a cheap way to get more money from patrons. I wouldn't mind it if the hotel was a "true 5 star" hotel. But as a 3 1/2 star (at best) hotel it's just tackless. The staff was nice however and the location was pretty good with tons of food and bars and restaurants near the hotel.

When we got to our room, it was super hot, and even we lowered the A/C’s temperature setting, it didn’t do anything and I thought it wad broken. It turned out that the main power had been turned off. It was resolved when I called the front desk, so I’d say to make sure you ask the front desk to check the power when you check in! The room was very clean and quiet, although it felt a little tight. So as the bathroom. Bed was comfortable but not the pillows. Staff was cheerful and polite.

中洲川端站 4號出口對面已是酒店。接待處在13樓。可以免費取牙膏、牙刷、棉花棒、梳、剃鬚刀、咖啡包、茶包等。亦有咖啡機免費享用。有行李磅。 入住三晚，沒有清潔房間服務，但每日都會有新的毛巾及樽裝水提供。14樓有浴場，不算很大。 酒店有接口連接family mart，酒店對面亦有7-11、donki。附近應屬於紅燈區，周未夜晚很多人，早上就比較寧靜。 步行前往運河城/天神大約10-15分鐘。
