I was more than pleasantly surprised by the entire experience at Marinoa Resort Hotel. From check-in, the entire staff was extremely helpful and professional. I was able to arrange a surprise birthday cake for my partner who traveled with me. The room service breakfast was amazing. As was the room and its stunning view of the surrounding harbor and distant city lights. I will definitely plan on staying here again.

Clean and spacious room, amazing staff, beautiful view. The hotel itself is a little dated but we really enjoyed our stay there nevertheless. The staff is incredibly helpful and lovely.

Beautiful ocean and city view from the room/balcony and also from the bathroom! Service was exceptional and the locally sourced Japanese breakfast was amazing.

Check in staff were so amazing. When ordering a cab, they would come out and make sure the driver knew where we were going. Only unfortunate thing is the area is undergoing demolition of the neighboring mall. Not much around the property. But still a nice view

Absolutely wonderful. Great sea view that you could enjoy sunrise and also night view of city skyline with landmark Fukuoka tower. Highly recommend their set breakfast. This hotel has free shuttle bus going to Meinohama station back and forth, which is very convenient. Hotel staffs are very friendly and polite. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable!

MUST stay hotel

Excellent experience from check-in to check-out. Receive by staff at level 1 entrance, guided to Level 2 check-in and staff show us to our rooms. Super friendly and room is very clean and very nice. Lovely sea view and so convenient.

Its our second time to stay in this hotel. The view is stunning and the location is right next to the outlet. The staff is very nice and polite. But the breakfast is rather basic and can be improved. Overall, its another lovely experience to stay in!
