The bathrooms, sinks, beds, and small hangout area were clean and comfortable. I accidentally left an earring in my bunk which the staff found and shipped back to me. There's also a free bike rental for an hour amongst other nice bonuses. The nearest station (Hakata station) is a 17 minute walk away which can feel like a longer walk in the heat of summer. I was in the 8 person dorm room. Each bed had a full privacy curtain, an outlet, light, a small safe, two hooks and two hangers. One down note is there really wasnt anywhere to hang your towel. There was plenty of space under the bed for backpacks and suitcases. The staff is very nice!
